Dr. Horst A. Schmid, Edmonton, Alberta
Chairman and Director
Dr. Schmid is Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has a long and distinguished career as Chairman and/or President and CEO of international Companies exporting Alberta Petroleum Equipment and Products. For fifteen years he was a Cabinet Minister for the Government of Alberta in various positions; such as International Trade and then for a further ten years he was the Commissioner General for Trade. During that time, Dr Schmid was involved with numerous successful overseas negoitiations for the Alberta Oil & Gas industry; achieving major contracts for Production/Equipment/Service companies, amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars. He is the recipient of many Canadian and International Awards and Honours for his accomplishments. Dr. Schmid is also Chairman, President & CEO of Deep Well Oil & Gas, Inc.
Ted K. Cantlon, FCSI, Calgary, Alberta
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Cantlon has been in the securities industry for over 30 years, both in the capacity as an Investment Advisor and consulting to private/public Companies regarding corporate finance and capital re-organization since 1991. As a Partner with PetroVest Financial Inc., Ted assisted in the financing of Westlinks Resources Ltd., of Calgary, which then graduated to the NASDAQ Exchange and is now Enterra Energy Trust, with assets over $2 Billion. He also established a $50 Million line of credit for Saxon Petroleum Ltd., of Calgary, which was consequently acquired by Forest Oil of Denver, Colo., in the late 1990's.
Ted has been a Fellow in good standing of the Canadian Securities Institute since April 1980.
M. Douglas Walker, Edmonton, Alberta

Mr. Walker is a Partner with Capital West Financial, a private corporate investment firm since 1993, in the area of private investment and corporate finance. Mr. Walker has raised capital for a number of companies in the health care sector, as well as technology and resources. Doug currently serves on the Board of Isotechnika Inc., of Edmonton, Alberta, as well as the Company.
Larry Brynlund, Calgary Alberta,

Mr. Brynlund is a Petroleum Engineer with over 35 years experience in the industry, whose responsibilities have included: economic evaluations, production operations, well completions, joint venture/utilization of producing properties, reservoir engineering and drilling completions.
Roger Giovanetto, P.Eng. Calgary, Alberta
Director
Mr. Giovanetto has been President of R & H Engineering Ltd., a metallurgical, materials and corrosion engineering services Company for more than five years. During his career, he has developed and managed oilfield chemical operations, corrosion consulting companies and started a publicly traded junior oil and gas company in Alberta. Mr. Giovanetto has also been instrumental in developing business operations in Siberia, where he specialized in renovating existing oilfields and has established several chemical manufacturing facilities in Siberia and Iran. Mr. Giovanetto holds a B.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a Member of APEGGA and other professional oil and gas organizations. Mr. Giovanetto joined Enterra Income Trust board in 2006.

As a Partner with PetroVest Financial Inc., Ted assisted in the financing/re-structuring of over 20 Companies while with PetroVest; many of which have matured into major concerns in the oil and gas industry in Alberta. He has been involved with many other projects during his career.
Ken Allan, Calgary Alberta

Mr. Allan has over 27 years experience in the oil and gas industry in Calgary, most recently at a junior exploration and production Company that sold for over $400 Million to an Energy Trust. Ken served as the controller responsible for all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting functions, as well as all cost control modules.
